Hygiene & Non-Returnable Items

Due to the sensitive nature of intimate wellness and personal products, items cannot be returned or exchanged once their original tamper-evident security seal, shrink-wrap, or retail packaging has been opened or compromised.

This policy is strictly enforced to protect all customers and guarantee the highest levels of safety and hygiene.

Return Eligibility (Unopened Items)

You may be eligible for a return within 14 days of delivery provided the order meets all of the following requirements:

• Product is completely unopened and unused
• Original tamper seals and labels remain 100% intact
• Original packaging and user guides are undamaged
• Valid order number or proof of purchase is provided

Damaged or Defective Items

If an item arrives damaged in transit or displays a clear manufacturing defect, we will provide a prompt replacement or full refund at zero additional cost to you.

Please notify our support team within 48 hours of parcel delivery along with clear photographic or video evidence showing the issue.

Incorrect Item Received

In the rare event that you receive an item different from what was ordered, keep the item in its sealed, original package and contact our support team right away.

We will arrange the correct delivery expeditiously and provide return instructions where applicable.

Refund Processing Timelines

Once your approved return is received and inspected at our fulfillment center, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds are credited to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your banking provider.

Return Shipping & Logistics

For changes of mind or customer-initiated returns of unopened goods, shipping fees are non-refundable, and the buyer assumes return postage costs.

In cases where an item is confirmed damaged, defective, or incorrectly supplied by us, Midnight Love will cover all return shipping costs.

Cancellations & Address Updates

Because our orders are processed quickly for fast, discreet dispatch, cancellation or address change requests must be submitted within 2 hours of order placement.

Once an order has entered fulfillment or has been dispatched, it cannot be canceled or redirected in transit.
